Exchange Policy - Trendsetters By Aastha

At Trendsetters By Aastha, we offer exchanges in the form of store credit. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

• Exchange Request: Must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your package.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: We do not offer exchanges during an ongoing sale or for items purchased during the sale period.
• Request Submission: Submit your exchange request via email to cctrendsettersin@gmail.com.

Once we receive the product and it successfully passes our Quality Control (QC) inspection, we will initiate your store credit.

Note: A handling fee of INR 250 will be deducted from your store credit.

• The store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Exchanges cannot be made more than once against the same credit note.
